We finally decided to start a blog. This is a whole new experience for me, but I think once I get the hang of it I’ll like it. Let’s just hope I can keep the posts exciting enough to retain an audience.
I am Renae, one-half of R.L. Kenderson. As of right now we have finished our first novel, which we hope will be the first in a series. It’s about a vampire princess and a… Well, that would be telling now, wouldn’t it. We’ve started the query process and it can be exhausting. Everyone wants something different it seems. But, I guess that shows dedication.
We got our first partial request last Thursday, which made us feel great. But then, on Saturday we were rejected. That’s the name of the game. We just have to keep our chins up. That’s the most important thing to remember.
