Happy Holidays Readers!
We hope the holidays are treating you well. They’re always a lot of work it seems, but hopefully, it’s worth it when it’s all said and done.
We’re over halfway done with our Kindle Unlimited 90 day “experiment.” While we love being able to put our books in KU for readers who have a subscription, we just feel like it’s not fair to people who don’t read through Amazon. (Both of us are actually Nook users so we completely get it.) It was literally the next day when someone emailed us about not being able to find our books where they normally buy them, and that person wasn’t the last. So, fear not, non-Kindle readers, our books will be available again February 5th, 2018 everywhere.
After not releasing any books for two years, we’re very happy that we were able to bring you two this year. Unfortunately, we just weren’t able to squeeze in more. Sometimes stupid life gets in the way too much. However, we did release two audiobooks. Forbidden Blood and Dirty are both avaliable now on Audible! They are slowly making their way everywhere and will not be exclusive to Amazon or Audible. So keep your eyes peeled if you use other retailers!
The other good news is that we have a lot planned for 2018. We’re pretty much done with Sexy: Luke & Elise’s First Night, and we’re halfway through Kinky, Rachel & Sean’s story. Sexy is a novellete and Kinky is a novella so we are planning to send them to the editor together and release them at the same time since neither are full-length novels. We also have the workings for Nasty, Nate’s story, which we are both very excited about.
As for the Forbidden series, we haven’t forgotten about it! We plan to release Forbidden Claim next year, too. Whether it’ll be before after Nasty, we don’t know. It kind of depends on what kind of mood we’re in. Just like reading, we get in different moods for writing. But as of now, our goal is to release these four books. It’ll be a new record for us!
Don’t forget about the 25 Days of Boxsets Giveaway. It ends December 31st, so you have a little over a week left. There are so many free books for you to download. And considering how much we all spend on presents, it’s nice to get some free reading. And if you don’t feel like reading, you can always just enter your email in for the prizes.
As you all know, we write pretty steamy novels. There was even a recent review that called Forbidden Blood erotic romance. We don’t know if that’s quite true, but we still take it as a compliment. So, if your tastes run as far as the very steamiest side, we have to give a shout-out to a newer author, Halli Wells. Her books are erotica, though. Not erotic romance. Not romance. As Halli says it, they’re 100% Grade A smut. They’re only available on Amazon so you can read them through Kindle Unlimited if you have it. They do have cheating and forbidden sex and pregnancy, so readers beware.
The last thing we wanted to address is a thank you to everyone who has fought back on Amazon removing reviews. We lost quite a bit for a while there, but I think we’ve gained most of them back.

And this article gives some good advice on how to not get ARC reviews removed, like avoiding the word “exchange” because Amazon views that as the author “paying” for that review.
